Immediate Needs Assessment

Thorough assessment of medical needs, rehabilitation requirements, and support network. INA report returned within ten days.

Case Management Plan

Detailed plan covering rehabilitation goals, professionals, timescales, and progress measures. Kept under review as circumstances change.

Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation

We build and coordinate the team around the client, including therapists, healthcare providers, and support services, managing all communication.

Ongoing Case Management

Consistent, proactive support for as long as needed. Families and solicitors always have a single point of contact throughout.
